My name is Grace Divine. I am an attorney practicing in Southern California.

As an entertainment lawyer I wear several hats. I provide legal representation for talent, producers, directors, writers, musicians, music bands, actors, comics, singers, performers, artists, photographers and anyone who has a legal matter in the entertainment industry.

I also do artist management and act as a music manager, band manager, talent manager and other.

In my entertainment law practice I draft and review entertainment contracts. I negotiate agreements and in some cases I litigate copyright, contract breach, personal injury, sexual harrassment and other matters.
